ARE ALL THE ODERS FINAL SALE?
Due to the natuee of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are finanls. This policy applies to all purchases to maintain product integrity and customer safety.
WHAT ARE THE EXCEPTIONS?
While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund under the following circumstances:
- INCORRECT ORDER: If you receive an item different from what was ordered.
- DEFECTIVE ORDER: If the item has a manufacturing defect.
HOW TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?
INSPECTION REQUIREMENT: The physical item must be returned to us for inspection. We will evaluate the item upon receipt and confirm whether the refund or exchange will be approved based on our findings.
CONDITION OF RETURN: Items must be unused and in their original state: unworn, uncut or altered in any way.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS?
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and must provide a tracking number for the return.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: We are liable for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds or exchanges will only be facilitated after the item is received and evaluated.
The item must be returned within 14 days from the day of the return is approved.

- proof of purchase.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Please note that processing times are between 7-10 working days. Once the hair is ready, it will be shipped with next day delivery with the tracking number.
For international orders, please allow 5-7 working days for your parcel to be delivered, after processing times.
